This  is due to the incorrect server time which has been set. The time
displayed here will always be server time, and not client time.

Title:
  Time reported incorrectly during Meta-data Import

Status in DHIS 2:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Performed a Meta-data import (from Meta-data exported XML file) and
  the import process as well as the summary reported a date and time
  stamp of close to 2-hours (GMT time) earlier than the actual ZA time.

  Did clear browser cache (Chrome); using 'Dry Run = Yes' and 'New and
  Update' settings.
