Joseph,

Your log in not indicating that tomcat has deployed DHIS2 except if you 
have cleared the log and not restarted tomcat after deleting the log. 
Please ensure that either you have the deployed dhis2 folder inside your 
tomcat webapps directory, if you just have the dhis.war file it will 
mean that tomcat has not deployed correctly. Try copying your dhis.war 
file to your tomcat webapps directory and restart tomcat, if successful 
you should start seeing references to dhis in catalina.out. Ignore the 
APR library errors as tomcat does not come bundled with APR you may 
optionally set it up later.
