Title:
  Entered text with quotes on Data Entry does not show again

Status in DHIS 2:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I am using v2.12 on Ubuntu/PostgreSQL. When entering text with quotes
  on text box field, the data is accepted but when the form is queried
  again the text does not show. If we remove the quotes from the
  database field, the text gets displayed on the form.
