I am working on a couple of databases and have also found that anonymous
patient data does not aggregate for text fields i.e. count of data
elements that meet a certain criteria. However, it does work if the
operator is sum and the value type is number. Also tried on the demo
database, it doesn't work.

Bug description:
  Aggregation queries for the inpatient (anonymous) program in the demo
  database does not work. Not sure if it is a bug or if the issue is
  with the database.
