  tabular report doesn't display records

Bug description:
  Case based:
  Shows the total number of events found (bottom right corner) and creates the necessary pages but no information is presented.

  Aggregate:
  No results are shown

  To replicate use the Sierra Leone demo to create a report with the
  following parameters:

  Date range - starting 2012-01-01 and ending 2012-12-31
  Organization Units - Sierra Leone
  Data items - add at least one item (any item)

  The report should show at least one event.
