Hi,

Tabular report shows a Longitude and Latitude Column by default even
though the user does not select these in options.

Replicated this on the Snapshot Demo site: http://apps.dhis2.org/dev
/dhis-web-caseentry/app/index.html. It is saved in the favourite as Long
and Lat Defaults.

This looks like an oversight of some sort.
