2.13 has the Analytics framework which was not there in 2.4. This means you
have to generate the Analytics tables before you will be able to see any
output such as Pivot Tables or Data Visualizer.

Go to your equivalent of this page
http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/dhis-web-reporting/displayDataMartForm.action and
click on the "Start export" button.
