Re: Can't see data after upgrade to 2.13
Hi Gerald
It sounds like you are now panicking a bit which is when you are most
likely to make mistakes. The biggest concern I would have now is that you
are in danger of losing data.
You say that you have a backup of the database of 161MB but you don't know
if it is any good. In which case DO NOT purge or remove anything else at
all until you have tested that backup. To do that you will need to run
postgresql on another machine and restore the database on to there.
I don't know whether 161MB is a reasonable size or not. Where in the world
are you? Is this a country database? How long has it been running.
Anyway, lets verify that your backup is good (and safely off the machine)
before plotting your next step.
