OK. The fundamental issue here is that the English sources are
missing id="foo" XML attributes in the DocBook source.These tags need to be
there, and are missing in the original document. If it is time urgent, I
suggest you add some unique and reasonable tags to the English docs, and
then use these same tags in the translations. Otherwise, I can add them
once I get a chance. In the meantime however, you can proceed with the
translation (if it is not already done) and I am sure we can work it out
rather easily.
