Hello, I've looked around documentation to export/import client-level
data (i.e., individual records) but could not find the interface for it.

There is an interface to export event data, but not the records of
clients (persons) themselves.

Am I missing something?

Bug description:
  The fact that we can’t export/import client-level or patient level
  data using DHIS is a pretty big problem. We had some internal tools to
  bring individual site data into a merged multi-site system, but it is
