** Description changed:

  We have an orgunit here in Lesotho called "THABA-TŠOEU". The Š character
  appears in the listing for the orgunits, but does not appear in the
  orgunit tree.
  
  Also, it is not possible to search using the  Š character in the orgunit
- group search.
