I am working on a Tracker use case and have just tried to create a
tabular report for a single event without registration.  The longitude
and latitude columns show even though GPS coordinates not selected in
the program stages. Note that the program stages also use sections.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

  Lontitude and Latitude as Default in Tabular Report

Bug description:
  Hi,

  Tabular report shows a Longitude and Latitude Column by default even
  though the user does not select these in options.

  Replicated this on the Snapshot Demo site: http://apps.dhis2.org/dev
  /dhis-web-caseentry/app/index.html. It is saved in the favourite as
  Long and Lat Defaults.

  This looks like an oversight of some sort.
