Re: [Bug 1299420] [NEW] trunk 2.15 imported aggregate data elements not available in data set or aggregate domain filter in data elements

Hi Morten,
How logical! Fixed. Thanks

Busoye

Quoting Morten Olav Hansen <mortenoh@xxxxxxxxx>:

Try with "aggregate" as the domain type, not "Aggregate"

Hi Jason and Juan,

Thanks for your replies. The import was just meta data, so no data values.
The issue I am having is that I can't assign the data elements to a data
set which I need to be able to run my aggregate queries which feed into
those elements.

I have attached a sample of the csv I imported.

Cheers.

Busoye

Quoting Jason Pickering <jason.p.pickering@xxxxxxxxx>:

If Busoye restarted the server, there would be no need to clear the cache,
so it must be something else.

It would be good to get a snippet of the CSV which you imported.

Also, can you confirm that the data values for the data elements in
question are actually not present in the database?

Regards,
Jason

Oh I see you didn't miss the restart to create the missing UIDs, did you
clear the server cache?

Hi Juan,
Thanks for the reply.
Not sure how this might be the problem since the UIDs were populated when
I restarted by servlet and all the UID fields are complete in my
dataelement table.

Cheers,

Busoye

Sounds like your imported data elements are missing the UID, when you
edit
and save each data element, if it's missing the UID the system creates
one
to complete the record.

Public bug reported:

Imported data elements directly into the database in Pgadmin through a
csv import. These data elements are not filtered on either Patient or
Aggregate. Also cannot assign them to a data set because they don't
appear in the options available. I was able to add them to data element
groups. If I go into each data element and save, then it's fine. Cleared
browser and application cache, tried incognito mode but all to no avail.
So think this might be a bug.
