This is not really a bug as such, but rather a feature suggestion:
Might we consider increasing the summary of case outcome to allow for more than 255 characters. I notice in 2.14 the size of the field itself can be expanded. We could consider just leaving it flexible, so a case outcome summary size really depends pretty much on the user?
