Set Time-date for dataset Form

Dear All Dev,
1.Can DHIS2 show us Time and date in Date Set Form. Now usually after click
button "Complete", the DHIS2 shows us only date.
2.Another one: Can DHIS2 show us Time and date after click Approval. Now
usually after click button "Approve" in report. DHIS2 doesn't show us when
this data set form is approved?
