Hi

You are running version 2.13, and the build is a bit old.. can you try the
latest 2.13 available from here:
http://apps.dhis2.org/ci/job/dhis-2.13/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/dhis-2/dhis-web/dhis-web-portal/target/dhis.war

I would suggest that you also upgrade to 2.15, unless you have a reason to
stay on 2.13, the latest 2.15 can be found here:
http://apps.dhis2.org/ci/job/dhis-2.15/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/dhis-2/dhis-web/dhis-web-portal/target/dhis.war
