We can help you, but we need more detailed information.

Include a copy of your logs when DHIS2 starts up, so that we know what is
going on.

Let us know what version you are using, what your operating system is,
which database system you are using, and which Java version you are using.

The more information you can provide, the more help we will be able to
provide.
