[Bug 1322546] [NEW] DV favorite dataelementgroup(set) dimension not saved

Public bug reported:

2.15

If making a chart using a data element group (data element group set as
data dimension), the data element group parameter is not stored as part
of the favorite.

Example:
Have a "Morbidity" data element group with all morbidity data elements (in a morbidity/mortality data element group set). Make a chart with this group as filter, and age category as the category dimension. This works. However, the data element group filter is not saved as part of the favorite, and is simply not there when the favorite is re-opened or the chart added to the dashboard.

This is especially "dangerous" as the chart favorite opens and looks
correct at first sight, but it is showing all data, not only data from
the given group.

** Affects: dhis2
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
