The relative periods does not work in the same way in different tools,
and different periods also act differently.

Examples: 
- A map of "last week" on the dashboard displays the current week (and is thus useless), while opening the same map in GIS actually shows last week.
- Last month is generally last month, last quarter is the current quarter (thus also pretty useless for typical quarterly data).
