  PT only shows first 50 datasets

Status in DHIS 2:
  New

Bug description:
  PT reporting rate only lists the first 50 datasets, however, there are
  countries with more datasets than that. It would be good if it worked
  like the data element/indicator list where they are loaded dynamically
  and are searchable.
