Hi Simon, this is not a bug per se. It simply means that this table has
been upgraded already for some reason.

Title:
  2.15 upgrade script not finding a specific table

Status in DHIS 2:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When we try to run the upgrade script for 2.15 from 2.14 we get this error:
  ERROR:  table "patientaggregatereportmembers" does not exist

  ********** Error **********

  ERROR: table "patientaggregatereportmembers" does not exist
  SQL state: 42P01

  
  Now, the steps we were intending to take in running the upgrade:
  1. First restore all data of 2.14
  2. Run upgrade script
  3. Deploy war 2.15.

  However, we get the above error. Kindly help.
