  several api links point to dimensions

Bug description:
  The API links seem to be a bit messed up - for some reason many of the links on this page wrongly point to dimensions
  http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/api/resources

  This is the case for all of the ones below:
  Categories
  CategoryOptionGroupSets
  DataElementGroupSets
  DataElements
  OrganisationUnitGroupSets
  TrackedEntityAttributes

  Some of these have been reported before (but not fixed):
