  Categories link in API leads to /api/dimensions

Bug description:
  The URLs listed in /api/resources for "Categories" actually lead to
  /api/dimensions. /api/categories still works, but it is a bit
  confusing to get to it.

  Reproduced on current demo site (2.12)
