Public bug reported:

If a dataset is linked to a category combination (other than default),
then using the data import/export, we cannot specify the attribute
values in the CSV or XML file. the export file contains only the data
element, org unit, category combo (related to data elements ONLY) and
the value.

In addition, if we generate a PDF for data import, the pdf file does not
include the category combination attributes defined in the dataset.
Importing this file will not work as needed and we cannot view the data
from within the data entry form.
