  DHIS2.16 Duplicating Dimensions in Table Layout

Bug description:
  Hi devs,
  Not a big deal but could be quite confusing for the user. If you select a multiple OU or DE dimensions to use in your table layout, these are duplicated every time you reselect from a previous dimension. I have replicated this on the demo site and attached a screenshot for your reference. You can follow these steps if you want to replicate

  1) Select ANC Data elements in Pivot Table

  2) Select This Year
   
  3) Select Facility Type (Hospital)

  4) Update Table

  5) Select Facility Ownership (Public)

  6) Remove Facility Type from Table Layout

  7) Update

  8) Select Facility Type (Clinic)

  You will find that a new Faciity Type Dimension is added to the Table
  layout.
