Dear Lars,

Please do you have any update or feedback on this issue.
I am still unable to find a solution or fix for this.

Note that I did try a clean installation for both v2.15 and 2.16 on my machine.

Ver 2.15 worked well ==> it generated the analytics tables.

While 2.16 raised this error:
Process failed: Illegal instant due to time zone offset transition (daylight savings time 'gap'): 1975-04-30T22:00:00.000 (Asia/Beirut)

Hi Knut,

Please find the attached log file. You can find the error in the last line of the file.
It seems it is occurring while generating the “_dateperiodstructure” table.

Actually, I don’t have any data in 1975. However, when I added the org units to the system, I set the opening date to an arbitrary date of 01/01/1970 for all org units. I don’t know if this is related to the problem.

To check this, I changed the opening dates to “01/01/2013” and the problem still exists.

Actually, as I previously indicated, the error is appearing on a clean database without adding anything to it.

Note: I am using v 2.16 rev. 16320 .

Can you please share your log file? Do you have data going back to 1975?

I am using the local instance of dhis 2.16 on windows 7 + latest java update. The database is postgres 9.3.
Note that I tried it also on the local H2 database and it still fails.

Please, how I resolve this issue? Note: My windows machine time zone is set to ==> (UTC+02:00) Beirut.
