Hi Rodolfo,

The following are now implemented both in trunk and 2.16.

- display of event dates and event uid as columns in the event list. if
program stage is configured to pre-generate event uid, then the system
generates the uid during data entry. This helps users to write down the id
on corresponding paper forms for later reference.
- radio buttons in default form. radio buttons in custom form are not
supported at the moment.
- display of sections
- use of data element form name - I haven't done much on this. It works
from my side. But let me know if this is still not working.
