I tried to download the link below: https://apps.dhis2.org/ci/job/dhis-2.16/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/dhis-2/dhis-web/dhis-web-portal/target/dhis.war

to check the fix with pivot table, when after I update and I run maintenance, resource table and run analytic and data mart. I still can view data value with detail in pivot table. IT WORK FINE IN DATA VISUALIZE

Ok, I have checked and this bug has been fixed in the 2.16 branch. So please just update the war file to the "most stable" version of 2.16:

The link I gave you is not the development version (trunk). It is 2.16 with small fixes to issues that have been discovered after the release. So I recommend using it anyway.
