Good morning Long,

I did not use the SMS module, i sent the message using the DHIS2 messages
to a usergroup of people where i had enabled both receiving sms & email
notifications.

I am wondering if this can be changed so that we only see one message
instead of multiple messages. Otherwise, if  i have to send to all the
districts in Uganda, then It is going to be repeated 112 times in my sent
items.
