dhis2 2.16 tracking system search button bugs

Dear All,

We are using dhis2 2.16 version.  We have a tracking system for our HIV
aids program. However,We set only id in Display  list

But, When we click Search button in Tracked entity instance management
form, I am able to view many identifiable values which were not configured
as “Display in list” (attachment file 2.png). but in advance search its
working fine

Please check the attachment file which contains screen shot about data
confidentiality.

It would be highly appreciated if you please consider the issue and update
in all 2.16 and 17 version
