You can try..

DELETE FROM datavalue_audit where sourceid = ???
DELETE FROM datavalue where sourceid = ????

which should delete all aggregate data for the orgunit with sourceid equal
to ????

Obviously, you should be careful with any delete statement, and always make
a backup of you database.
