Saptarshi,

After I had reverted back to Java 7, one of the Oslo developers
(Morten?) came back with some suggestions for various Java parameters
settings that might or might not have resolved the problem (DHIS2 did
not start at all).

I will install 8.31 again on some machine and test (we are testing 9.4 also).
