Error in event capture

Hi Devs,
On 2.18, getting this error with event capture.

 Uncaught Error: [$injector:unpr]
http://errors.angularjs.org/1.2.26/$injector/unpr?p0=%24translateStaticFilesLoaderProvider%20%3C-%20%24translateStaticFilesLoader

After that, just a blank screen.
