Hi Carlos,
You must follow the specification of CSV import exactly, otherwise, it will
fail for sure.

Note that the column headers do not matter, rather the order of the
columns. Also, you should use UIDs instead of the internal id
for categorycomboid.

It also looks like you may have some other problems around like 160 of the
file. You should double quote all fields, because in this data element
(Examen laboratoire VIH test rapide (Determine, Unigold, Double Check) you
have a comma in the field itself, which the parser will interpret as a new
field.
