  I'm not sure that is a bug or that is what you want the system work, but
  I will describe the problem here for you to check:
  
- If my laptop system time is wrong, for example the year 2009 instead of 2015. Then I open data entry module, I'm not able to see the period from 2010 to 2015, 2009 is the latest. 
- I think the data set period should be based on system time, not client time.
