Hi Sandesh,

not currently, but is should be trivial to implement. The service to expose
is:

DefaultSchedulingManager / SchedulingManager (scheduleTasks(Map))

Have a look in ScheduleTasksAction for example usage.

Let me know if you would like to take this on.
