Hi Channara,

Those elements are part of the source code of DHIS2, contained in Java
property files, and yes, can be translated with the i18n tool or a normal
text editor.

Again, to illustrate with an example from the documents.

As an example, consider the following key/value pairs.

org_unit_tree=Organisation Unit Tree
error_occurred=An error has occurred.

In French the same key/value pairs would appear as follows

org_unit_tree=Arborescence des unités d'organisation
error_occurred=Une erreur s'est produit


So, in this example, we see a translation between English and French.
Regardless of which method you use, you will need to modify the Java
property files which contain the string you wish to translate, and then
recompile DHIS 2 to see your translations. You can do this locally, or if
you want, through the translation server which  the global development team
maintains.
