data entry do not save data

 Hi all,While I enter data in data entry page, I am able to enter data and the click terminate. I am notified that the data entry is terminated. But when I check in data visualization and view data in data administration, I have a message: no values.I use dhis live 2.18 and postrgesql.Could you help please?
