Public bug reported:

When using dataValueSets to get information from the system setting the
id scheme of category option combinations to name, the system returns an
error that indicates the coc.name column doesn't exist.

This was tested in 2.17 build 17801 and 2.19 build 19123

To replicate the error use the following link:
