Hi All,

When updating servers to run 2.19 running the update SQL (https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-utils/blob/master/resources/sql/upgrade-219.sql <https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-utils/blob/master/resources/sql/upgrade-219.sql>) 

I get the following error.

psql:update219.sql:8: ERROR:  column pi.organisationunitid does not exist
LINE 5: where pi.organisationunitid is null;


Is this expected?
