Lars,

Strictly speaking, the DataElementOperand table is a "derived" meta-data
table. If, as in Thuy's case, there are no actual data values linked to a
data element, and no reports or charts etc is using it - then "derived"
(support) table records should be automatically deleted as part of the
DataElement DELETE operation.
