I just backported the necessary revision for you. It got left out somehow
for 2.18. Please download a new war file in about an hour from
https://apps.dhis2.org/ci/job/dhis-2.18/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/dhis-2/dhis-web/dhis-web-portal/target/dhis.war
