Hi Muhammad,

It is important to differentiate between "Attributes" and "Data Elements"
in DHIS2. Attributes are linked to a person (aka Tracked Entity Instance),
whereas each Program can have several Program Stages, each of which will
have its own form with a set of Data Elements.

Sorry I am on a mission in Burkina Faso, so don't have time to explain in
more detail right now, but hope others on the list can chip in.
