Public bug reported:

Allocating indicators to groups using view 1 does not work - you can
select indicators on the right side and move them to the centre panel,
but actually adding them do not work (no "successfully updated" message,
nothing added).

View 2 does work, but this method is in most cases more cumbersome/slow.
