Good Morning Team,

We are using DHIS 2.16 and data element min-max value are being generated automatically for some datasets.
Even when we go under Data Administration - Min-Max Value Generation > Select Dataset and Org Unit > then we click the Remove button 
they are removed and later on regenerated again which doesn’t allow some values to be entered in Data entry.

Can somebody help us with stopping the auto-generation of Min-Max value?
