Analytics resource doesn't return DE translations in 2.19

Hi all,

we had notice that, in 2.19 (and 2.20), the API calls to analytics
resource don't return the translations of the data elements. However,
it did it in 2.18.

For the same API call, dataelements are translated in 2.18, but they
are not in 2.19.
