Dear Developers,

First of all great work on the program rules, I have seen it work with a
2.20 snapshot although I do not remember the version.
However after the release of stable 2.20, the program rules are not working.
When you clcik Add New and go through the process of creating data sources
and and actions, after clicking Add the program rule disappears. In other
words the program rule management screen does not show any program rules
that were added.
I have tried doing this on the demo server which is currently on this:

even if  you are able to ADD the program rules, if you try to edit the the
program rules the actions have disappeared.

Could this be a bug?
