Title:
  No response in TRACKER CAPTURE when adding multiple tracked entities
  after save and add new

Status in DHIS:
  New

Bug description:
  1  Register new tracked entity (and enter details)
  2  click > SAVE AND ADD NEW
  3  Enter details for second entity
  4  Click > SAVE AND CONTINUE

  System is unresponsive

  Click > CANCEL

  second  entity entered is there in the list..
