Title:
  Manifest file not found in app

Status in DHIS:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  While trying to install a new app from "App store" its show a message: "Manifest file not found in app" even if the manifest is present in the app and nothing is copied in the dhis/apps folder.
  If manually copy the app in the dhis/apps folder, the app is correctly loaded.
