It is a simple toast which is being displayed and in android it is by
default shown at the bottom of screen.

Title:
  Login error not that visible to users

Status in DHIS:
  New

Bug description:
  Repro Steps:
  1. User is in the login screen
  2. Enter a valid username and invalid password

  Actual Result:
  Notice that error message is displayed on top of the keyboard which is not that visible to the users

  Expected Result:
  Maybe we can move the error message to a more visible location
